Unusual URL structure
Groups of addresses that do not follow the rest of your URL structure are often leftovers from a migration or a plugin.

How Lastmod finds it
The crawl groups addresses by pattern and flags a repeated language code or path segment, and indexable addresses with parameters that show the same page as the address without them.
What you do
If a group should not exist, redirect it to the right pages. Give parameter addresses a canonical to the address without parameters. If a group is intended, record that as a decision.
How the work is followed up
Lastmod looks for your change on the live page and closes the opportunity when the problem is gone. Clicks are followed as context, not as the proof.
