A report that says what changed, and how sure it is.
Every month Lastmod writes a report per website on its SEO and AI visibility: what is open, what was done, what is being measured and what the results say. It compares two periods and states how reliable each measurement is, so you can hand it to a client or a manager.

What is in the monthly report
The same structure every month, so a reader learns where to look.
- Open work and finished tasks
- How many opportunities are open, how many tasks were finished and how long they took.
- Measured results
- How many results there are, split by how reliable each measurement is. Results with too little data are counted, not given a number.
- Estimated impact as a range
- Estimated extra clicks as a band with the total next to it. Results that other changes may explain are marked and never added to the total.
- Search context
- Clicks, impressions and average position compared with the previous period, for the whole site.
How it reaches the reader
- PDF and a page
- A few days after the month ends, as a PDF in an e-mail and as a page in Lastmod, for every website.
- Kept in the archive
- Earlier months stay in the report archive. How long depends on your plan.
- Open the example
- Every number in the example report is made up, so you can read it without an account.
For agencies: your name on it
On the Agency plan the report carries your agency's name, logo and one accent colour, and you can add your own commentary per website.
- Your header
- Agency name at the top, your logo (PNG or JPEG up to 100 KB) and one accent colour as a bar. It also applies to earlier reports in the archive.
- What still says Lastmod
- A line "Made with Lastmod" in the footer, the PDF's file name and the e-mail that delivers the report. The e-mail goes to the account owner, who forwards it.
Starter reports use the Lastmod template. Your logo and colours on the report come with Pro; white label and commentary are part of Agency.
