For agencies
Show your client what your SEO work changed.
Lastmod ranks the SEO work for each client site, you make the changes, and Lastmod measures what happens afterwards. One account with 10 websites included; each extra website is €40 a month, €30 from website 26.
All client sites in one account
Every website carries a client label, and the switcher shows both the domain and the client.
- Client switcher
- A searchable menu of all your sites, labelled per client. Switching keeps you in the same part of the app.
- One overview
- Open opportunities, tasks completed, results in measurement and estimated impact, added up across your sites. The impact is shown as a sum only: a combined band would claim more precision than it has.
- Your whole team
- Invite everyone who works on your client sites, with owner, admin, member and viewer roles.

Owners and admins set the client label per website.
The same loop for every client site
Lastmod finds and ranks the work. Your team does it. Lastmod measures it and says how reliable the measurement is.
- Review
- Lastmod crawls each client site and reads its Search Console data, then ranks what to fix by expected impact, with the reasoning and the evidence.
- Execute
- Your team makes the change on the client's site and marks the task done. Lastmod has no write access to the site.
- Measure
- Lastmod compares the days after the change with the days before, in clicks per day, over a window that depends on the kind of change.
- Result
- Each result states how reliable the measurement is. With too little data it says so and shows no figure.

Made with Lastmod
A monthly report per client site
Generated a few days after the month ends, for every website, as a PDF in the email and as a page in Lastmod. The email with the PDF goes to the account owner; you send it on to your client.
Your header
- Your agency name at the top
- Your logo, PNG or JPEG up to 100 KB
- One accent colour as a bar across the top
- Applied whenever a report is opened or sent, so earlier reports in the archive carry it too
What still says Lastmod
- A “Made with Lastmod” line in the footer
- The PDF file name, which starts with “lastmod-report-”, and the creator in the PDF's document properties
- The email that delivers the report: it says “Your Lastmod report” and goes to the account owner, not to your client
What you can tell a client
A report compares two periods and says how reliable each measurement is. It does not say why the clicks moved.
A difference from the baseline, not proof that the change caused it.
What the report says
- How many tasks were completed, and how long they took
- How many results are in, split by how reliable the measurement is
- Estimated extra clicks as a band, with the sum beside it
- Clicks, impressions and average position against the previous period, for the whole site
What it leaves out
- Any claim that a change caused the difference
- A forecast, or a promise about rankings or traffic
- A figure for results with too little data, and for site-wide tasks, which are recorded but not measured
- Confounded results in the impact total: they are counted and flagged, never added
What the Agency plan includes
€499 a month, plus €40 a month for each website beyond the included ones and €30 from website 26. Prices exclude VAT.
- 10 websites included
- One account for all your client sites, with no maximum.
- €40 per extra website, then €30
- For each website beyond the included ones, added to your monthly price; from website {extraPriceHigherFrom} each one costs €{extraPriceHigher}.
- Crawl every 7 days, scans daily
- Fresh findings across your client sites.
- Reports kept indefinitely
- Every monthly report stays in the archive.
- Your own commentary in the monthly report
- A few lines from your agency above the figures. The report says the text is yours; the figures come from Lastmod.
What Lastmod doesn't do (yet)
- No client portal
- Your clients don't log in. You send them the report.
- No per-client access for your team
- Everyone you invite sees all the sites in your account.
- Invitations per hour are capped
- Lastmod emails the invitation itself. If you hit the cap or the email fails, you copy the link and send it yourself.
- No Agency trial
- The free trial covers one website. You pay for Agency from the start, monthly or yearly.
Questions from agencies
Can I try the agency features during the trial?
Partly. The free trial covers one website, so there are no client sites to switch between, and trial reports use the Lastmod template. Agency itself has no trial: you pay when you sign up, monthly or yearly, and cancel at the end of the period you paid for.
Who receives the report?
The account owner (or an admin) gets an email with the report as a PDF attachment. You send the PDF to your client yourself.
Can my client log in?
No, there is no client portal. Inviting a client as a viewer would show them every site in your account, so we don't recommend it.
Which language are the reports in?
English or Dutch. The email follows the language of the person who receives it, and a download follows the language of the person who downloads it.
How is the Agency plan billed?
You pay when you sign up, monthly in advance or yearly in advance with 2 months free. Extra websites are billed monthly. Businesses in the EU pay in the app; for everyone else we agree the terms before you pay anything.
