Minimum-traffic gate
A minimum-traffic gate is a rule that no result is calculated when the traffic behind it is too small, so a thin dataset never produces a precise-looking percentage.
A page with 40 clicks a month can swing 25% on luck alone. A percentage built on that looks precise and means nothing.
The gate does not test whether the change worked. It only decides whether there is enough to look at. When the answer is no, “not enough data” is the correct result, not an error.
